Do you want to know more about passive transport? Osmosis? Active Transport?
Click on the pink words above to view an animation about each topic.
What is a concentration gradient? A solute? How do they effect the rate of passive transport? Please respond:)

For the HW 8-1, I found it really cool how the sun, no matter if you're an autotroph or a heterotroph, you always run on the sun.

I watched the one on active transport. It was a little hard to keep up with, since it moved on pretty fast, but in the end I really understood active transport a lot more after being pretty confused on that topic. Really helpful animation! Thanks for posting it!

I really liked these animations. they were a good source to look at for confusion on this topic. i really liked the things we learned on active and passive transport. it was really interesting.
ReplyDeleteThat was an okay animation, though the back and forward buttons got confusing since they would skip portions of the animation that were too large. I didn't know that the cell membrane closed over receptors too!

i like the animation at the top of the post! it is very interesting!

I really liked this animation since it clearly demonstrated the different types of transport. The active transport one moved a little too fast but I understood the main concepts.
